Late Season Love

Thanks very much for all of the wonderful entries to the Flooded challenge. And don't forget to vote for your favourite icon here.

And now we'd like to start the next challenge, which is for Life Serial.

Challenge #5: Life Serial, Episode 5, Season 6

Fic Challenge:

Write a FitB (Fill-in-the-Blanks), any length up to 5000 words, on anything that happened from the beginning of Life Serial to just before All the Way begins. Link for further clarification on a FitB.

Icon Challenge:

Icons from events in Life Serial. Okay, so we're all late season lovers, right? And it seems that when we came to choose the screencaps from Life Serial, we mods realised just how very much we were 110% lovers of the late seasons. Spike tilts his head a gadzillion times! Buffy keeps trying and trying and then hilariously gets drunk! The Nerd Trio make a big impression! Plus Clem is introduced for the very first time, and we're counting down the days til Giles' departure.

So the long and the longerer of this is that we had a humongous problem cutting down the number of caps to our requisite 5-7, and, sadly, we came to twenty caps. However! We thought maybe you wonderful, talented icon-makers out there might prefer a wider variety of pics so in order to solve this head-splitting conundrum, we figured for this month we would give 20 caps a go and see how you all liked the idea and if you preferred a larger choice. So we're looking for some input on this from you icon makers. Do you prefer having more caps to choose from, or do you like having a more limited amount so that you have time to icon every cap? Leave us a comment and let us know! And we are really enjoying all the wonderful creations you guys are coming up with - so bring it on! Just, those on dial-up, don't kill us! *g*
